Will the image be cropped if I order a 5x5?

Yes.  If you would like to see the entire backdrop shown in the example image then order the biggest size we offer for that backdrop.  The smaller size you go the more of the image will be cropped. We start cropping from the top.  This won't matter on a repeated pattern as much, but if it is a designer backdrop and you want to see the full image then order the 5x7or 5x8 size. Or specify where you would like the image to be cropped. 

Do you ship outside the US?

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside the US, but we plan to ship internationally in the near future! We’ll keep you posted.

What is your return policy?

Because we print each backdrop at order, we cannot offer exchanges or returns. However if your backdrop or floor mat arrived looking as if it was damaged en route we will gladly send you a new version of the same backdrop or floor mat.

Floor mats may be exchanged if in resell able condition. Floor mats must be sent back to PepperLu within 10 business days of your order date.

Is there any glare or unwanted light with your backdrops or floor mats?

No PepperLu product will not give off an unwanted light reflection or glare. That’s a promise!

What is PolyPaper?: Having “paper” in it’s name is kind of a misnomer, because PolyPaper isn’t even a paper. Although it feels like heavy paper, it’s a synthetic material that is nearly impossible to tear. It’s very easy to handle and can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications. Not only do you get vibrant color and eye-catching image quality but also you get a clientele following.

The color of the product I purchased is slightly different than the images I see online.

When it comes to color, we understand purchasing things online can sometimes be difficult. All of the sample images on our website have been enhanced in photoshop to give them a finished, professional look. We do our best to portray the most accurate colors possible. Because not all computer monitors are calibrated the same and due to different lighting techniques used, the colors of your backdrop or floor mat may vary slightly from the images on PepperLu.com

If you feel as though your product looks much different than the image you saw online, please send an image to info@pepperlu.com and we will be happy to take a at it look for you!

How should I care for my backdrops?

Washing hands before handling mats and backdrops is very wise.

Avoid liquids and greasy substances before and during contact with the backdrops and floor mats. Because of the matte finish of PepperLu backdrops, any liquids that spill on your backdrop should not be wiped, but left to air dry. The best way to keep your backdrops looking like new is by keeping them away from food, drink and just-had-Cheetos fingers.

What’s the best condition in which to store my backdrop?

To get the most use from your backdrops and floor mats, care for them by storing them rolled. Ideal storage temperature range: 41 to 104° F. Ideal storage humidity range: 30 to 80% RH, non-condensing. Do not store backdrops or floor mats in direct sunlight, as this may fade color.  You might want to invest in a grid wall system to keep them organized.  You can email for an example. 

What is the shipping time frame?

We process your order as quickly as possible. Our goal is to ship your order out on the same or next day from when you placed it! Occasionally, because every order is printed to order, this time frame can be pushed slightly further usually ships out 5-7 days after the order is placed. This can be due to a sale, high-demand and during our busier seasons. Once your order has shipped we will send you a tracking number so you are able to track the package and get a delivery date from the shipping company. Depending on where the delivery location is, delivery can take anywhere from 3-7 business days. Delivery business days are Monday through Friday, except public holidays (for example, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and any local country holidays). 

Do you have any type of expedited shipping options?

Yes! All available expedited shipping options are given during the checkout process along with their price. Any orders placed with expedited shipping will automatically be bumped to the top of our printing queue. Because of printing time frames and our UPS pick up times, if your order is placed after 1pm (mountain time) it usually will not go out until our next business day. Packages are only delivered on UPS business days which are Monday through Friday. When selecting any type of expedited shipping we ask that you please keep that information in mind. How heavy are these backdrops?

The 5’ x 5’ PolyPaper backdrop weighs less than a pound. Our backdrops are lightweight and very manageable so the set up and take down process can be a one-man show.

Are these backdrops recyclable?

Yes sir!
